Another first for Fermin. This is the first Spanish made, Raw Ibérico Chorizo available in the United States. This Spanish recipe is more mild than Mexican Chorizo. The Spanish recipe uses mild pimentón and garlic. This Ibérico chorizo has an exquisite aroma, low acidity and intense flavor. There are no nitrites and nitrates used in this recipe.   

There are 5 links per package, and weighs approximately 1 LB. It is sold frozen.

Cooking tips:  Please use low to medium heat. Do not grill or place on hot cooking surfaces or over high direct heat. Doing so will cause the casing to split. A slow gradual heat should prevent splitting.
