This recipe was developed at Wagshal's kitchen, in Washington, DC. If unfamaliar with rillettes, they are a similar preparation for meat like a paté. When you are ready to enjoy the rillettes, we recommend bringing it to room temperature after slicing thin. Enjoy on a crostini, baguette or cracker and top with a slice of Fermin Cured Jamon, a nice Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil and touch of kosher salt.
